Ouch to those typos. Apparently the meaning came through and hmmm, they were amusing. Cole slaw could be a thing!

I loved their pastrami sandwich in the "normal" size $17, but now they dont offer it. You have to take the giant size at $28. Yes, yes, I know you can take half home, but I'd rather just consume a normal sandwich on site. My other pet peeve is the cheapest glass of wince is $16. Get serious.

Clean place, plenty of parking that gets validated in the garage, food is well done. Service about 4.5/5 They have a Jewish cookbook for sale!

Solid brunch spot! Was able to walk in on a Saturday for lunch without a reservation & was seated right away. Can't miss their matzoh ball soup! I also tried their Avenue A and Avenue D bagels and they were good as well. Ambiance is nice as well with lots of lighting.

We hadn't been to the General Muir in quite a while. It's better than ever!!! The cocktails were amazing! Mackinzie is a fabulous bartender! Food was terrific - I had the burger, my wife had the General, everything was so hot and delicious.

I was getting lunch with a coworker and we wanted to meet somewhere by Emory/Druid Hills so we decided to check out The General Muir! It's been on my list for a while, especially since it got Michelin recognition! Finding it in Emory Point is pretty easy and luckily there's a deck right across from it that you can get validated parking for up to 3 hours. (This information was also available on their website which I LOVE when restaurants include that!). The space inside is so elegant and chic! It feels super bright and airy and there's plenty of seating options between the patio and inside. I want to come back and try their brunch. My coworker got a bagel while I got the half Matzo ball soup and a half turkey sandwich. The soup was so delicious and I loved the fresh dill sprinkled on top. The turkey sandwich was also super great and the lemon spread it came with was surprising but worked so well! Our waiter was also phenomenal, checked in on us plenty of times and kept our water glasses filled but never intrusive. Overall, awesome service, vibes, and food, what more can you ask for?? Definitely check this one out!!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet because I go basically every other weekend. It's obviously a favorite in my family. My husband and I usually sit at the bar. The service is excellent. It's not too loud to have a normal conversation. The food is fantastic and drinks as well. He always gets the double stack and I get either fish and potatoes or a bagel. Highly recommend!!!

Deli-meets-romantic restaurant. Love the raised ceilings and the decor. Recognized on the Michelin Guide, though no specific accolades. + Has poutine! Though it doesn't particularly stand out from other poutines. + Very crispy confit chicken! The sides go well with it. + Friendly service. + Can order some deli sandwiches for dinner. + Validated parking. - Kind of disappointing to get the menu that includes items for other times of the day or days of the week. The spaghetti dinner sounds so good!
